Transfer of O2 number to another provider


Hello, 

I want to request the transfer of my number from O2 to another provider. Please can you help me

You can release your number in the customer portal. The actual  transfer is initiated by the new provider.

My new provider already initiated the porting but O2 hasn’t approved the attempts so they told me to contact o2 to resolve and approve the request to enable the process smoothly. Please can you help me because I haven’t seen any option in the portal that gives that permission for transfer but I only saw the opposite of it

have you managed to to enable permission via a different channel?
