We will charge you with a fee of 24,95 €. Please make sure that you have this amount as credit on your card.
After the porting, you can fill out this form Payback of your credit You will then get back the credit that will be still left over on your card and we will transfer the amount to your bank account.

i have been for over two months trying to transfer my O2 prepaid number to another provider. Have called, written a later, posted. This is really frustrating. There is no clear path to solving this.
