Transfer credit to another O2 prepaid

I would like to transfer remaining credit to my another prepaid 02 number.

Hi @AlexeyS ,

as @Klaus_VoIP already wrote, a transfer is not possible.
With this form you can deactivate the card and withdraw the credit. → https://static2.o9.de/resource/blob/70982/04121d8037b6f6e79a78ce3365339c64/prepaid-guthabenauszahlung-download-data.pdf
Unfortunately we only have the form in German.

    Not possible.

    There is no transfer process in place. You may cancel one prepaid and you get the money back.

    Hello,

    I am initiating a request to port my O2 number to another network. Will it be possible to transfer my credit along with the porting of the number?

    Or do I have to first withdraw my balance and then request for porting of the number?

    Hello @ashutosh,

    First release the number via the app and after porting you can have the credit paid out.

    The address you need to send the form to is provided on the top right corner of the document itself 😊 in case you haven’t sent it yet:
