tracking my order as new customer

Hello,

Hope you are well.

I am a new customer and order a new device from O2 without contract. Every time I try to track my order it says to go to My O2 to track order but I can't login as I am a new customer. I ordered my phone on Saturday 9th December. What is the expected time of delivery for Pixel 7A.
