totolly lost signal

prepaid. The number was ok the first few days and then no signal. 

My other Vodafone number works well on the same phone and both the two numbers are on esim. So I guess the o2 number is blocked by the operator but I dont know why. My o2 account is fine and there is balance in it.

Is the account topped up regularly or did the last top-up take place more than six months ago? o2 requires an active top-up at least every six months otherwise, the SIM card will be deactivated.
