I chose “top up with direct debit”. My balance is 0.01 Euro now, need to top up immediately. I tried “express top up with credit card” but it was an error and says to contact customer service.

Do you have the option of picking up a top-up card at a supermarket, gas station, etc.?
The credit can also be topped up directly in an o2 shop.
