i needed to top up my credit with only 1€ and by reading article about top up via bank transfer, i made so.
Two days ago i made this transfer but still i did not received this 1€ to my balance. I have prepaid number.
What’s next? Could you please help with this issue?

No. I just needed to have a fix sum on my balance because each month i use an internet pack option.

Yes, charging is only possible with the correct intended use.
And what could be the intended use? I wrote my telephone number. I made this transfer like it’s said in one of your company’s article.

but this was my fault that i did not search about check digit meaning and i should have read to the end about SMS sending to the short number 56656.
