top-credit not received

I recharged 15 euros from browser, using express top up  https://prepaid-aufladung.o2online.de/ and then selecting klarna. Money was deducted from my account but doesnt show up on my app.

Hello, i recharged my account last night at 22:58. I also have contacted at the given link at 00:12. However not recived any response thus far.
