Hello!
I had ordered a samsung s23+ without contract on 36 months installations. The order number is XXXXXXX. Unfortunately the delivery was not successful and the DHL personale has returned the device to o2. I received an email saying that my order will be automatically canceled and the amounts will be refunded. I, however, don't want to cancel the order and want to still buy the phone. It is highly possible that during the day time I might be at work. Is there any possibility to not cancel the order and try for deliver again? Or is there any possibility that I can still pick the phone up from DHL or o2 outlet on Monday?
