I have been a customer with O2 from past few months. Last November i took O2 M contract with handy. But, they activated O2 home S flex along with O2 M. Now i am having two contracts. I didn't request for O2 home S flex. I spoke with customer service in O2 showroom, they said they will close in one month but its been 2 months they didn't treminated my contract. How to terminate that O2 home S flex. As currently due to lockdown everywhere O2 showrooms are closed.
