Hello! I’m planning to cancel my sim card contract earlier and need to pay 3 month fee for that. Will be this fee withdrawn all at once? Or separately in 3 month. Unfortunately, there is no way for me to keep my german bank account for 3 month being in my home country.

 

also is it possible to use as a proof a termin for abmeldung, airplane tickets, or home country registration (in native language)

You can find information on cancelling abroad at Umzug ins Ausland- was ist zu tun?
The payment is made all at once.The exact amount will be sent to you in a follow-up letter. 

We require as proof : 
1. the deregistration certificate of the German residence (copy) and
2. registration certificate of the foreign residence (copy)
or
Tenancy agreement, employment contract, certificate of enrolment abroad.
