Hello ,I want to buy a phone with a contract, it is constantly rejected, can I ask the reason for this?

    Please read the email with the rejection. It tells you where to write to if you want more information. The reason will most likely be the credit check.

    It's a shame that the contract has been rejected.
    That's right, the rejection email contains an address that you can contact and ask about the reasons for the rejection. We do not have access to these reasons here.
