Hi,
I have a O2 Mobile L Boost contract with 140 GB and the multiple SIM cards (2 SIM + multiple eSIM) included.
I would like to downgrade to a lower contract since 140 GB is too much for me. However, in my O2 account I see only the option to upgrade to a higher package.
I would like to know what are the available offers for the downgrade, and to keep multiple cards option (2SIM + multiple eSIM).
Thanks
Hello
we will be happy to look for an offer for you :)
Do you already have a specific tariff in mind? Since you're talking about multiple SIM cards, I assume it's going to be a Boost tariff?
Best regards
Cora
Hi Cora,
I was thinking to go one step backward and probably check for O2 Mobile M Boost option, but I was not fully sure what the package will include.
It will be great if you can provide some details or any similar option available
Thanks

Hi,
Do you have any updates on my topic?
Are you still able to help me with that?
Thanks
Is there anyone who can help me with my request ?

Hello
I have just sent you a private message from o2_VVL. Once you have replied there, please come back to this thread.
Kind regards, Maren
Hello
I have checked whether it is currently possible for you to downgrade to the o2 Mobile M Boost with 50 GB. This is currently not possible as your current contract runs until 01/05/2025. You can contact us again in 6 months to see if a change is possible then.
Kind regards, Maren
