Tariff change

Dear all,

In the end of June I have received a call from O2 asking whether I want to change my tariff (O2 Free M Boost) to another (o2 Free Unlimited Basic). I agreed and aksed what will happen to my old tariff contract and I was told that it will be terminated and a new one will be made instead.

Later I received a new sim card for my new tariff. But I am a little bit confused now: I have 2 sim cards right now. One is for o2 Free M boost (old) and second for o2 Free Unlimited Basic (new). Am I supposed to pay now for both of them? Because I thought that when I will receive my new sim, the old one will be deactivated or something.

Can you please help me figure this out? I want to pay only for my new contract (not for both) since I thought it will be a change of contract.

Best regards,

Andrey

Hi @andrey_lyan,

I’m sorry to hear, that things didn’t went as discussed on the phone!. I can confirm the second contract. I can’t confirm termination of the first contract :frowning2: There is also no notice or reminder left by the employee.

It is already to late for a withdrawal of the new contract, the next step would be a written complaint to let our complaint management check out the situation.

The contact has already been established, so my co-workers should contact you as soon as they can.

If you have further questions or something new comes up, please let us know here.

Best regards,

Kurt
