tarifa. I keep receiving letters with additional fees for non-payment

I have a contract with you for a phone and SIM card. I paid it for a year, however I am moving to Croatia and I closed my German bank account. In agreement with an employee in an O2 store, the payment details were transferred to another bank card, so the payments are now made through that account. I also sent a request by post for the cancellation of the contract. It was approved, but it only expires in 2027. Now the amount for the SIM card is being charged from the other card, but the phone payment is not, and I keep receiving letters with additional fees for non-payment. I do not understand what is going on here or who is trying to make whom look stupid. I want to request an immediate termination of the contract and pay the remaining amount in one payment, because I no longer want to have any dealings with you. Your service is terrible!

I understand your frustration with the current situation.

You can submit a request for extraordinary termination due to moving abroad with us. Have you reviewed the requirements via the link provided by Bumer?

If o2 my Handy installments continue to be debited from the wrong account, then unfortunately the change for your customer number has not been processed.

However, I only found your mobile phone contract in your customer account - no other contracts and no installment payments 🤔
