Tarif conciliation!

I mistakenly activated a tariff number I'm not supposed and now I have paid multiple bills for two months and this month will make three. How can I please deactivate this tariff number?

I've checked, you ordered three new mobile phone contracts in June and July. The two o2 Grow contracts from July have a term of 24 months and a cancellation period of 14 days during which you could have changed your mind. However, this period has already expired, so the contracts can only be cancelled at the end of the 24 months.
The starter Flex, which costs you 4.99 euros per month, can be cancelled monthly. You can cancel using our cancellation button on the website, for example.
