Porting a number to another service provice is free since December 1st 2021.

You can release your number for porting in our my o2 app.

Menue → Tarife & Optionen → Rufnummermitnahme → Rufnummer jetzt freigeben (button at the bottom)

If you still have some credit, you can use our Prepaid-Guthabenauszahlung (this form is only available in german)

@o2_Andrea I could not find that option anymore. My request to port my O2 number to freeFunkNet was denied despite providing the details to the other provider.

I’ve set the required release, so now you have one month to once again request the number through your new provider.
