Switching off contract to new device

An installment contract cannot be terminated before full payment is made. It is also possible to enter into another installment contract if your credit rating allows it.

How long do you have left on your mobile phone contract? You have the option of extending your contract with us and getting a new cell phone. Or you can leave everything as it is and simply order a new device from us on an installment plan, without a tariff - this is also possible at any time.

There is also the option of paying off the installment plan for the Samsung S23 Ultra early. You can submit this request online. This will allow you to end the installment plan early and pay the full remaining amount directly with the next but one installment.
