Switch from 5G to home DSL/Fiber

Hi,

I subscribed to the Unlimited 5G Package 300Mbps, however, its been since March that internet at my home address does not exceed 200kbps, yes “Kbps” which is not usable,

I tried to cancel contract with tickets, calls, Post, no success,

O2 keeps saying i have to wait for the 2 year period,

I pay ##$ monthly for nothing really,

My Question : Can I switch to Home ADSL/Fiber Contract instead ? for the same duration.

Please send me an offer on Email if possible , but it must replace the 5G contract,

Thank you

Hello @Sam7oon,

welcome to our o2 community 🙂

That is not so nice, if you have such a weak network at your address.

The Mobile Unlimited Max 300 Mbps is a mobile contract which we cannot switch to broadband technology like ADSL or fiber.

Have you also the same weak data speed when you switch to 4G instead of 5G?

Best Regards,

Gerrit
