Surf Dayflat

Hello, today a Surf-Dayflat (1.49€ / 150MB) was automatically activated on my SIM even though I still have data left in my plan (o2 Prepaid S, about 13GB of 20GB remaining).

Why was this dayflat activated while I still have data available? And is there a way to disable the automatic activation of Surf-Dayflat so it doesn’t happen again?

The Surf Day Flat booking was made incorrectly, and this has since been corrected. If any credit was deducted from your account during the booking process, you will automatically receive a refund. The package will not be booked again.
