Hello, I have an active prepaid Small Pack but €1.49 was deducted for Surf DayFlat randomly today from my account. Why is this happening? Also the chat support is so bad!

      welcome to our o2 Community 🙂

      As we wrote in our article which Bumer linked, for some of our prepaid customers the Surf dayflat has been activated while not being initiated - our technical department is solving this and we will inform as soon as possible how the billed fees for this unwanted pack will be reimbursed.

      the issue has been resolved. 
      However, I cannot find any record of a Surf Dayflat subscription for the phone number you used to register here in the community.
