Sudden increase in tariff!!!!

Hello!

 

Can anyone at O2 explain this???

Along with worsening the connection speed month by month (now I can barely reach 5 Mbit/sec - yes, Mbit, not MByte!) I am now greeted with a sudden increase in tariff. I want to get out of this contract ASAP! I want to get rid of you, I want to move to a more serious operator. Your service is a joke!

You got a discount of 12 x 10 EUR for new customers which came to an end in last month. Please check the details of your contract. When did you sign it?
