Hi, this is my 2nd month in Berlin and I recently shifted from O2 prepaid M to S. I did this with help of an English speaking customer support staff over phone. I M plan ended duly and I also received the new S contract. But, daily, O2 is automatically deducting 1,49 euros as flat rate for day surfing, even when I'm using wifi. I want data deductions to happen from my S monthly recharge of 15 euros. And I wanted to request for a refund of the amount deducted till now. How can I stop this? I cannot get through any human agent, let alone any English speaking staff. Please provide any phone/email contact or any resolution.
