Stolen Phone

I have lost my phone 2 days ago and already have ordered a replacement SIM card for my prepaid line.

I want to make sure that the stolen one is deactivated, could you please help me with that?

sorry to hear about your Phone. Great that you want to make sure, that your old sim-card is deactivated.
By ordering an ersatz-sim-card, your old sim-card has been automatically disabled.
So you did everything right :-)

Thanks, it has been about a week since I ordered the replacement SIM card, and up until now, I did not receive it. Is that normal?

yes of course it can take a while.
It also depends on the post offices, day of the week, public holidays etc.
But did you receive the card by now?
