Still have no received my new simcard

I ordered my new sim card last week and I have yet to received. I have no means of being able to contact as O2 does not provide a free method to call. How do I proceed?

When did you order the SIM? Did you get an order confirmation? Is it a new contract or did you order a replacement SIM?
