I habe been using O2 unlimited on demand 300MBPS for a month and never ever got the speed over 15MBPS !

My location is also covered by O2 as very good 4G net and quite strong 5G net too. I don’t know what's going on. I have complained over phone several times and the problem hasn’t being solved.

It can’t even load Netflix 1080p rather 4K ! If this continues I guess I have to change the carrier to Vodafone again as before I was using Vodafone’s network and was consistently getting over 100MBPS at any given time.

@o2_Gerrit it’s 57072. And I have changed mh contract to O2 Mobile Unlimited Max as one of my friend suggested that the premium contract might give me better speed. Even though speed increased it’s yet not enough. Now I am getting 5-12 MBPS on average. And sometimes it goes as bellow as 600KBPS. I am frustrated .
