Hello, I move this month from Germany to Switzerland. In order to terminate my O2 Mobile contract, I apparently need to use the Sonderkündigungsrecht. However I have a few questions about it:Can it be done online? If not, where to send the termination letter? Could anyone give me a template, especially if it has to be written in German, please? sorry for the late reply!

Your letter has already arrived and our cancellation department will contact you as soon as possible.

There is no online form for this kind of cancellation, I’m afraid.

However, we do have a form with a process desciption, which you can find online:
