Slow speed (Homespot)


Hi, I’ve the Homespot M plan and it was fine until now but the speed went from 35-50mb/s to barely reach 10mb with a huge inestability, oscilating up and down to a few hundreds of kb/s sometimes. My internet is going really slow.

My ort is 30900, in Bennemuhlen (Wedemark) and I would like to know the source of the problem and when it’s going to be solved if it’s possible.

noone? sheesh.

After hour and a half on the phone it looks like the problem is already solved, thanks to the tech service guys.

Nvm, i’ve a horrible connection again…..

Hello @3dfer, welcome at our community. I am very sorry for this issues.

Please try moving the HomeSpot in your Home. The network reception can be impaired by some things. Buildings, walls etc.
