Do you mean a specifix sky ticket offer or maybe “Select & Stream” where you can choose between one year of free netflix, o2 tv and sky ticket?

As I see, you prolonged your contract into the tariff “o2 Free S”.
Unfortunately, the package “o2 Select & Stream” is only possible with the tarif “o2 Free M Boost” and higher.
Therefore, I regret that your wish to receive the Sky-ticket 12 months for free will not be possible.
Of course, it is possible to order o2 Sky for you. Just have a look here: Sky Ticket

Well that's really strange because that was the only thing that made me renew the contract. It was written in grey letters at the end of the offer (I didn't take a screenshot but I'm sure of it). Funny that it took this long to get a reply once the period to cancel the renewal is over, I'll definitely take it into consideration next time...

the Free M is the entry tariff in all our documentation.
A screenshot really would habe been nice.

This has nothing to do with your withdrawl period, and I’m really sorry to read that you seem to consider this as our way of handling things
