Sky Ticket

Hi,

Over the weekend I renewed my contract and it was mentioned that the offer included one year of Sky Ticket. I've received SMS confirming the contract renewal, but haven't got anything to do with the Sky Ticket activation. The app doesn't show anything to do with it either. 

Is there something I need to do?

Do you mean a specifix sky ticket offer or maybe “Select & Stream” where you can choose between one year of free netflix, o2 tv and sky ticket?

As I see, you prolonged your contract into the tariff “o2 Free S”. 

 

Unfortunately, the package “o2 Select & Stream” is only possible with the tarif “o2 Free M Boost” and higher. 

 

Therefore, I regret that your wish to receive the Sky-ticket 12 months for free will not be possible. 

 

Of course, it is possible to order o2 Sky for you. Just have a look here: Sky Ticket 

 

I hope you are not too disappointed now.

Well that's really strange because that was the only thing that made me renew the contract. It was written in grey letters at the end of the offer (I didn't take a screenshot but I'm sure of it). Funny that it took this long to get a reply once the period to cancel the renewal is over, I'll definitely take it into consideration next time...

the Free M is the entry tariff in all our documentation.

A screenshot really would habe been nice.

 

Please excuse our late replies. This is a forum, in which we answer as soon as we can. This can, however, take a couple of days or even more than a week, depending on the workload.

Time-sensitive matters are best being handled via hotline, chat or even whatsapp.

This has nothing to do with your withdrawl period, and I’m really sorry to read that you seem to consider this as our way of handling things :frowning2:
