Hi O2 Team, I’ve ordered a simcard two weeks ago and I did not receive my simcard yet.
SIM no. 894922xyz

Pleaes help!

Hi @fredmanre ,

the SIM-Card usually arrives within a weeks time; Sorry, that it does not seem to be the case here. Have you received the card in the last few days or do you need a replacement card?
