I bought a new O2 prepaid SIM and it is not possible to activate it. The problem is when I want to enter the date of birth, it always shows that I have to correct the date, so I cannot go with my registration. I also tried the online help, but without success. I am now in quarantine and I cannot visit O2 store. Can you please help me to get my SIMu aktivieren?
