Sim not delivered

Hello, I ordered my sim card on 27th of September. I got email that my sim is handed to the Deutsche post but it is more than a week I haven't got my sim. Do I have to go to the DHL or it will arrive in my post ??

    The SIM card should actually be with you within a few days. Can you check whether the address is correct and is your name on the mailbox?

    Hi, no Address is all correct. This is my second sim from the O2. Even I have got letter before form O2 in my post so it will be not problem to deliver in my post. Can you please check why is it taking too much time ?

    Within 14 days it will be activated they said and it's 12days already. If i don't have sim with me how is it possible?? What should I do ?? Where should I call to know about my Sim card ??
