i understand that you would like to activate a new SIM card so that you can be reached again. The activation of a SIM card is only possible in Germany. When you are back in Germany, you can activate the eSIM you have requested directly.

    thank you for contacting us again in the community with your question. I was happy to look it up for you. The SIM card for the phone number -788 has been blocked by us and can no longer be used. Have you already ordered a new SIM card or can we help you with this?

    Hello. I ordered a new eSIM. Now I am in Italy at the moment. I would like to activate my eSIM but I cannot receive any SMS. What can I do?

    the e-Sim can only be activated in the German o2 network. This is not yet possible abroad. How long will you be in Italy?
