Hello, I am a SIM card online on August 19th. I already have a number from Vodafone and I want to change the same number to O2. I did everything online, got a 20 euro discount and choose my plan. I received an email (image attached) saying the card would arrive in 2-3 days. Today is August 29th and it has not arrived yet. Can you track the package or send a new one? So, my address in the email is incomplete. I live in this address in the ROOM X508, maybe it's because of that. My Vodafone plan is almost over, so I really need the SIM card soon. Thanks!

I have a concierge that receives all the letters when they are not with the room number. I asked him and he did not receive anything for me in the last few days.
Can you send it again? This time with my room number just to be sure.. haha because maybe the mailman did not delivered it because he did not know the room number and did not think about giving it to the concierge.

right now the SIM card is not completely registered. So pls order a new one online and ask for the mobile number porting later on. You have 30 days after the contract of Vodafon is finished to get the number ported.
Unfortunately we are unable to change your address and add the room number als long as we don't have your personal data identified by passport.
So it is quicker to order once more online with the correct address and its addition.

I am trying to order but the problem is: there is no space to fill the apartment / room number on the O2 form hahaha I can only put my street and the house number. when I try to put the room or anything else there is an error. So I guess it is impossible to order a o2 sim card if you don't live in a house... haha
