Good Day!

I have ordered Iphone 11 pro Max, but it gave me alternative that the phone, I must pay 200eur then I decided not to get the phone because it is expensive for me to have advance pay. Telefonica sent me the Sim Card and I sent it back to the adress. I have not opened the package, and returned it immediately. And then today, the o2 activated the sim card but the sim is not here. Meaning, I will pay for it even I don’t have it. How can I cancel the sim card? Or how can i deactivate it?
Thank you!

Hi, I have received a postpaid sim card which has been activated. I have not used it yet. But I want to cancel it. Kindly let me know what to do.

Hi @DanielAR712

welcome to our community.

A new contract can be cancelled within 14 days notice. After this time the contract is accepted. So you can send a request online to terminate the SIM card to its regular ending. You can do this online. Log in to “meino2” and search for “Vertrag kündigen”

But be careful. An early cancellation leads to the loss of discounts. So you’re better off waiting a few month.
