Sim card problem


Good afternoon,

I was away for two months due to family problems in another country. While I was away, I had a problem with the bank(online payment). I haven't paid my bill in two months, and when I got back, I paid what I owed, but my service was deactivated. How do I activate my subscription again, my tarif
