Hello.

I ordered a sim card, but O2 charged it two times.

Thank you.

Hello @Adsah,

I recieved all information and had a look into this.

There was no double charge,, in fact there were two SIM cards that have bee nactivated. The first SIM was ordered roughly two months ago and just activated on the 11th, while a new one was already ordered. This new SIM was activated on the 17th so twi SIM activations have been charged.

Regards,

Lars

Hi @Adsah ,
welcome to our community
According to your invoice, 2 SIM cards were sent with different order data. Did you also get 2?
Kind regards
Larissa

Hello.

2 months ago, I started to use e-sim.

Wasn't it free?

Hello @Adsah,

the change from a classical SIM card to an eSIM will be billed as if it was a change from one SIM to a new one, it is not free, sorry :-/

Regards,

Lars
