SIM Card not working after being abroad

Hello! I went to Italy for a couple of days, where my data didn’t work. However when I came back to Germany my data here stopped workings it still shows 5G and all the bar but things won’t load. I have paid my bills and I have unlimited data. I’ve tried resetting and turning off phone/carrier. Don’t know what to do
