SIM Card not received

Hello, I ordered a new contract on March 20th (Order: WSFxxxxxxxx) but still haven't received my SIM. It's been 10 days now. I called the hotline last Thursday and the agent promised to resend the SIM, but I have no confirmation email or an SMS. I want to keep my original deal since the campaign has now ended. Can someone please check if my SIM was actually shipped? Thank you.

Shipping can take up to 14 days. Question: You didn't select a preferred activation date?

Did you order a eSIM or a physical SIM as you signed the contract?

Usually it takes up to seven working days until the letter is delivered by normal post. Did you already receive a letter which looks like advertisement?

Hi, thanks for the reply ​@o2_Manga and ​@Bumer,

But I must say this has been a super sad start to my o2 journey. The entire process has been a total disaster so far.

For 10 days, I tracked my order on the website and it showed as "Delivering" so I assumed it was on the way. However, when I called to check, I found out I wasn't even registered for the tariff. They were simply waiting for me to call. My initial application was for a contract with no minimum term (flexible), but the agent claimed that because of "high demand" they couldn't fulfill it unless I switched to a 24 month contract. I agreed just to end this delay, confirmed the personalized tariff email to keep the same price, and officially started the deal on March 30th. It has now been 21 days in total since my initial application and I still don't have a SIM.

On April 2nd, I saw the scan of the O2 letter in my DHL Briefankündigung app. It has been 9 days since that scan, but my mailbox is still empty. Meanwhile, I received 3 other different letters from DHL/Deutsche Post this week alone without any issues. My address is correct and my name is clearly on the mailbox.

The letter from April 2nd must be lost or failed. I really need a real solution at this point.

Unfortunately, you've been misled. 🙈
Just wait, letters from o2 can take up to 14 days to arrive.

In fact, it can sometimes take up to 14 days for a letter from o2 to be delivered.
We can't access your customer information here because you aren't registered in the community with your o2 phone number.

Actually, I have my O2 phone number from the confirmation email, but I cannot register with it here until I activate the SIM, which I don't have. Also, I am registered here on the community with the exact same email address I used for my O2 contract, if that helps.

I visited a local O2 Shop 2 weeks ago, but they said their systems are separate and they cannot help with online orders. If it is possible, I could go to a shop and pick up the SIM card there to save time at this point, but I probably need your authorization for that.

Is it possible to send a Private Message from here first? I have my O2 number and first and last 3 numbers of my customer number. I can share them privately.
