SIM Card not activated


Hello,

so I’ve recently received a SIM Card after there’s been apparently a trouble with the last order, I’ve put the card in, put the PIN code and went to the website inserted the number and said it’ll be activated but its been couple of hours now and there’s no service on the phone

i tried restarting my phone many times but nothing

Turn off the smartphone, remove the SIM card and wipe the contact with a dry cloth. If the SIM card is new, you can usually rule out a defect. If possible, blow dry into the SIM slot of the smartphone to remove dust or other foreign objects.

thank you for your response but I dont think the issue has anything to do with the sim card nor the phone because when I insert the card it asks for the PIN code so the phone is reading it, anyway I’ve done what you asked but still nothing

I am sorry that the activation of you sim card did not work. Have you received any information by email or SMS on the activation?

if it is a new replacement card, have you activated the card here: SIM-Aktivierung?

I haven’t received anything, it’s not a replacement card and I have no SIM card to call you with in the first place

Is the SIM-card working in the meantime?

Did you get the configuration sms to install everything?
