SIM card handed over to deutsche post

I have order one sim card last week but I haven’t received it yet. I tried to call in customer support but the call was not available for English speakers and then one staff received my call and she told me that she will transfer the call to another employee but I waited on the call for 25 minutes, no one came to call and just internal ring was playing again and again.

 

i need support here and give me another SIM with valid tracking number where I can just track my sim card.

Which date did you order the SIM card?

Did you order it for a contract with which you are logged in here in our community?

Did you order it for a new contarct or for an exchenge of an existing SIM card or as an additional SIM card for a contract of yours?
