Sim Card delivery

Hello

Hope you are doing well.

Last week i ordered a new sim card with contract.

I recieved the confirmation email.

Its been 7 days and the status is still "in delivery"

Address and name is correct. 

Could you please help me with tracking delivery?

Hi @Dariush_ym ,

if you have ordered a SIM card only, it will be sent by regular mail and is not trackable. Please be patient a little longer. If it is still not there in a week, o2 can send a new SIM card if necessary.
