Sim Card Delivery

I have just ordered a postpaid Sim card last Monday and I received a confirmation in my E-mail with the Auftragsnummer. Today, I received a letter by post with a welcome message and 2 flyers. One was for the instruction on how to activate the sim card and the other for another service. The thing is, there is no sim card sent within this package. Will I be receiving a separate package/mail with the sim card?

Hello @Amaravi,

Actually, the SIM card should also be in this letter. Is this service perhaps a QR code? Then you have ordered an eSIM, which you can install on a suitable end device.

Best regards

Nope. No QR codes related to eSIM. Instructions are asking me to go to o2.de/aktivieren and that I should enter the SIM card number there, so this refers to the physical sim card, right?

If it matters, I got this contract via the exclusive employee offer from my company.

Hi @Amaravi, welcome at our community. I had a look at the System.

Did you find the card yesterday and were you able to activate it?

Kind regards, Ines.
