Sim card blocked , No internet

My sim has been blocked yesterday morning 6:30am and after few minutes I have paid the remaining bill, And yet my sim is not unblocked.I couldn’t surf internet or call anyone.

    You will need to wait up to 48 hours after payment has been received. You should also restart your phone.
