i ordered an s22 with a contract, but it came without a sim card, moreover, i cannot even log into the app or website because it just keeps saying “Aufgrund technischer Probleme können Ihre Daten in Mein O2 derzeit nicht geladen werden. Bitte probieren Sie es später noch einmal oder versuchen es alternativ in der Mein O2 App.”. please fix this issue so i can use the data i am paying for, or at least let me log into the app, this has been a very poor experience so far.
