Sim activation


Hello. I hope someone can help me.  So i bought a prepaid sim from my local market. I followed the steps to unlock it. But when everything it's finished it says that the adress is unrecognizable. I tried to delete it and put it again like 100 times but with the same result. The adress i entered it's 100% correct just as it shows in my Abmeldung.

What can i do? They do not offer support via email.

Hello, I try to call Bulgarian number,but it’s not possible. When I try to connect with German number-no problem. I don’t understand German,so  I don’t know how to activate.

Hi @Dewora, so your SIM-Card is activated and you can do calls in gemany but not to a bulgarian number.

Who do you want to call and is the number availlable from another Phone? Maybe the landline in germany?

Can you understand any words from the message?
