should O2 give me guarantee for my device on the second year ?

I bought one iphone 15 pro max + Airpods and the second one are nor working properly, shoud O2 repair or change the device ?

The statutory guarantee is 24 months but after 12 months it is up to the customer to prove that the product was defective at the time of purchase, so it will depend on what you mean by not working properly.

The microphone of the Airpods are not working correctly you can hear it interference, this probably came from the beginning, because i didn't use to often to talk. I think if one technical check can confirm this. Also to mention that can not be damage in 15 months.. i have to care a lot. So at least should be check

as bs0 wrote, you would need a proof that the Airpods were defective at the time of the purchase. Did you already contact Apple about your Airpods?
