What exactly does your order confirmation say? And what does your order status say in MyO₂?

Depending on how many iPhone 15 Titan Nature O₂ has, there may also be delays. If it is available and you have received the shipping confirmation, you can expect a delivery time of 2-5 working days.

When I ordered, it was available immediately. But I didn't get the shipping confirmation from you. 

@mtjessy Well, I am a customer myself, because this forum is a customer helps customer forum. It's not that quick, O₂ has to process your order first, and I wrote above what your order status is. If it says pre-order, then O₂ is waiting for the goods. If it says In process, then you can expect your order to arrive within 2-5 working days. Of course, there may be delays on the part of DHL.

@mtjessy Well, do you happen to have someone who can take it for you? Because O₂ does not deliver to parcel stations.

So you’re status is preorder that mean O₂ is waiting for the goods.

Do they need any type of identification for receiving the parcel?Means any OTP, ID card...

@mtjessy Well then it's probably back to O₂. Because as far as I know, they don't send it to a parcel store either. Otherwise you just have to take leave from work for the delivery day.

@mtjessy Its DHL and they will not call you. You have to be in your Apartment and wait till they come to you.

You will receive a tracking number.

Does the tracking ID works with the exact date of delivery, because if as am taking leave from my job, i cannot take leave on another day again

Yes, of course.

So they will inform me that the packet will come on the exact date.

@mtjessy Yes, they do and you can even see via tracking exactly where it is in which street it is and how many delivery stops it still has until it reaches you.
