Hi there,

 

I took over a contract from my wife and I went through the whole process of connecting my bank account and whatnot to o2 - I’ve also paid the first bill which came out automatically at the end of December, however I am now getting letters with “Letzte Erinnerung - Bitte bestätigen Sie Ihr SEPA-Lastschriftmandat” which tells me I can do it online via the URL: o2online.de/meine-daten/sepa

Which, when I go to that URL I see the message that this has already been done?

So please help me understand why I am getting letters telling me I need to do it, with pressure from o2 - when it’s already done?…

Hello @PJG90 ,

you can ignore these messages. For the system the contract looks like new since it gets a new data bank entry when you took it over from your wife, which causes the reminders about the SEPA mandate to be send out automatically. You don’t need to do anything on your end.
