Hi, my Select & Stream link that o2 sent me leads to a dead website. I don’t have the option to make a selection in Meino2 either.

Hi @o2_Lars 

I called customer service and got it resolved. I needed to register a new login/account for the dsl contract for it to work. All good now.

    Hello @richard_degh,

    the Link that you recieve either via SMS or via email leads to a landing page where you have to login with the phone number that this option has been activated on.

    If you have more than one contract with us, be it landline or mobile, please make sure to log out of our online portal first to ensure you can log in with the right phone number :-.)
